One week (7 nights) in a lovely, spacious studio (350 square feet) in a special location just steps away from the Champs de Mars and Eiffel Tower. Located on the first floor (second floor United States) of a 19th century Parisian building, the pied-a-terre has been remodeled to offer modern amenities without losing its Parisian charm.

Included are cable TV, phone (free calls to US), and wireless Internet if you bring your laptop. Step out of the French doors onto a wonderful terrace (100 square feet- very unusual for Paris!) overlooking a leafy Avenue with a view of the Eiffel Tower where you can enjoy your cafe or vin al fresco.

Located in a chic and lively area, you will find a host of conveniences to help make your stay pleasant. There is a great grocery next door, fromagerie around the corner, wine store across the street, cafes on the corner and lots of fabulous restaurants nearby.

Walk across the street to the park and you have the choice of three buses with direct service to Luxembourg Gardens, the Louvre, and the Champs Elysees. Two metro stops are within a couple of blocks. Previous guests have enjoyed the apartment for its ambiance, location, and attention to detail.

Hickory Nut Gorge, NC

Enjoy up to a week at the top of the Hickory Nut Gorge in the western North Carolina Mountains. The 3,000 square foot, three bedroom house (two queen beds and two single beds that convert to a king) is twenty minutes east of Asheville, NC and a little over two hours from Charlotte, NC.

Sit on the porch and listen to the creek or bird watch (binoculars provided). The lot is over eight acres and, other than building the house, has been undisturbed for almost one hundred years.


Play ping pong, foosball  or darts in the recreation room or just watch movies. The “neighborhood” only has wild turkey, deer, rabbits and salamanders as permanent residents.





The area has lots of marked trails for hikers and is close to Chimney Rock State Park. Asheville provides great shopping, lots of great art and music, The Biltmore house and more great restaurants than you can imagine for a small city. Hendersonville and Flat Rock are about 35 minutes away. Lake Lure (of Dirty Dancing fame) is about 20 minutes away and has a beach and paddle boats to entertain you.
